应用间接免疫荧光试验进行血清学鉴定，结果表明mdj - 01株为tbev 。通过rt - pcr技术扩增部分e蛋白序列并测序，在genbank上进行同源性比较，发现mdj - 01株和森张株与tbevoshima5 - 10株的同源性最高，分别为94 、 95 ，从分子生物学水平上进一步证明mdj - 01株病毒为tbev 。在鉴定的基础上，本实验对两株病毒进行了核苷酸全序列测定。
